Biography - Sensei Connor
Bio
Sensei Connor Lau is a Judo Black Belt and former carded athlete with over
15 years of Judo experience. He has competed at the provincial and national
levels against many of Canada’s top athletes, having previously achieved a
top-5 national ranking in his age and weight division while training and
traveling with Ontario’s High Performance Team.
Connor has trained both nationally and internationally throughout his
competitive career. In addition to Judo, he competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
for four years, further expanding his grappling knowledge and technical
expertise.
With 3 years of coaching experience at dojos across Ontario, Sensei Connor
focuses on strong fundamentals, technical precision, and helping every
student build confidence and reach their full potential.
