Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be completed electronically here.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date. No exceptions.
Cancellation requests submitted by text message, voicemail, app comments, or any other method will not be accepted.
If you do not cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date, you will pay a $25 cancellation fee at the front desk, and we will cancel your membership once payment is received.
Please remember that memberships are automatically billed by our payment processor, so we require sufficient notice to process cancellation requests before the next billing date.
